Steve & Kathy have many years of experience in the flooring and window covering industry. Both were employees of Isensee Floorcovering for many years before purchasing the business from the Isensee family. They are long time residents of Ventura County and are very involved in the business and their communities. Their commitment to their business, employees, and community is extraordinary.

Memo - Commercial Sales

Memo joined us in 2007 and has found his niche in commercial flooring and window coverings. We have worked in hospitals, clinics, schools, and both large and small business offices. See Memo for all your commercial needs.

Noel - Office Manager

Noel keeps Isensee Floorcovering on schedule! She is the voice you often hear answering the phones, scheduling, and ordering. Noel has been with Isensee since 2004, offering invaluable knowledge and expertise. She is irreplaceable!

Patrick - Residential Sales

Patrick joined the Isensee team in the spring of 2014. No stopping this guy! Patrick sells in the store as well as going into customer homes with samples from our showroom. Patrick's vast knowledge of all floorcovering is out of this world.

Julio - Warehouse Manager

Julio came to us in 2006 and has been an integral part of our operation. Julio runs our warehouse and works with customers at our retail location 'Floors By The Foot'. He also keeps our operation moving with deliveries, staging, and loading up our installers.

“My compliments to you and your staff on the exceptional service I received from your company. The service began when I first visited your store to explore the possibility of replacing the carpeting in my home. The employee knew the products that are available and was willing to discuss the pros and cons of each of them. My second visit to the store was on a day that my original helper was not available, but another man assisted me and answered my questions. On my third visit both men were there. I was confident either man would be able to assist me, but one said to the other, “You were first”. On Tuesday of this week the installation began. The installers did an excellent job of installing the carpeting throughout my home. They carefully moved the furniture and replaced it to the proper locations. They worked quietly and efficiently.
